Architectural Design

Newport Home Design LLC provides services for commercial and residential building projects. We are a Custom, Design, Build Company. This means that our clients pay only one company, saving on the total cost of the project. We design with the newest technological software. This software allows us to create scaled plans to produce printouts with internal and external views. The software also allows a 3-D virtual world where the client may walk through the project.

Pre-Construction Planning

New construction or remodeling of a residential or commercial building involves many decisions. We believe in assisting our clients in making these important decisions, before the start of the project. This pre-construction planning will help keep the budget and date of completion on track.

Construction Management

Working with our clients, Newport Home Design LLC provides a team approach to construction management. Construction management provides an insight toward practical and cost effective solutions leading to a heighten level of building quality. We manage all sub-contractors to assure their quality and on-time delivery.

General Contractor

As the general contractor, Newport Home Design LLC commits to every detail, quality of workmanship and attention to the concerns and needs of our clients. Our self performed carpentry, painting and tiling, along with our team of professional electrical, plumbing and mechanical engineers, assure quality control and on time delivery.
